Cancelling your order.
Cancellation Policy: Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise the right to cancel, customers must inform us of their decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement. Customers then have an additional 14 days from the day they notify us to return the items.
Return your order.
Customers can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of receiving their order for a full refund, including the cost of standard delivery. If the item is faulty or not as described, customers have up to 30 days to return it for a refund, replacement, or repair. Return postage costs will be covered by the seller in such cases.
